HOW TO VISIT

The Dartmoor Artisan Trail is a self-guided trail linking Dartmoor's finest artists, craftspeople and makers. Just decide which artisans you'd like to visit though our 'artisan' pages and contact them directly to book an appointment.

BY CAR
Dartmoor has limited public transport, so car is the easiest way to get around. We can arrange a chauffeur-driven tour at extra cost. Please contact us for details. 

BY BICYCLE
Freewheel through beautiful Dartmoor countryside visiting traditional makers and craftspeople as you go. There are many artisans who work along this route, so we suggest limiting your visits to four or five in one day. > Cycle Trail 

ON FOOT
If you'd like to explore some of the trail on foot, many of our artisans live and work in Moretonhampstead and Chagford. Watch this space for details.
